The Island Park Festival provides 24 hour security for booths that opt-in. Would you like to opt-in to have your booth monitored throughout the night? There is a $20 charge and requires a completed liability waiver.(required)

THE UNDERSIGNED UNDERSTANDS THAT THE PROMOTERS OF THE ISLAND PARK FESTIVAL AND DESTINATION EVENTS DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR BREAKAGE, THEFT, OROTHER LOSS. THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES TO RELEASE ISLAND PARK FESTIVAL AND DESTINATION EVENTS, JEAN PHILLIPS, CONNIE’S RESTAURANT AND ALL ASSOCIATES AND AGENTS (HEREAFTER IDENTIFIED AS THE PROMOTERS) FROM ALL LIABILITY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY.
